1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing 77jll.best, creating an account, or using any service provided by 77jll, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77jll.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 77jll after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility
To register and use 77jll, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party).
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing 77jll is not prohibited by local law.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 77jll or any relevant gaming authority.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 77jll employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Every player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 77jll. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before processing your first withdrawal, 77jll is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or passport — along with a selfie. This is a one-time process and protects both you and the platform. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable time may be restricted.
3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 77jll will never ask for your password, GCash PIN, or OTP through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
Any activity carried out on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified 77jll of unauthorized access in writing before the activity occurred.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
77jll accepts deposits and withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Same-Name Policy
The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered under the same legal name as your 77jll account. Third-party funding — sending or receiving money through someone else's account — is not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed.
4.3 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit for most e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet have a minimum deposit of ₱200 and a minimum withdrawal of ₱500. Full details are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
4.4 Processing Times
Deposits via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours on regular business days for e-wallet channels. Bank and card payouts may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during Philippine public holidays.
4.5 Fees
77jll does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 77jll's control and are borne by the player.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering
77jll complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may be flagged for review. In such cases, 77jll may request documentation to verify the source of funds. Cooperation with these requests is required to continue using the platform.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Rules
All bonuses offered by 77jll — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback — are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they convert to real, withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement and a ₱500 bonus value requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Your deposited funds — money you actually put in yourself — are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time (subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and completed KYC).
5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Acts

- Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer titles like Tongits.
- Exploitation of software errors — knowingly taking advantage of a bug, glitch, or technical fault to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Use of bots or automated tools — using software, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider after using the funds to play. This constitutes fraud.
- Money laundering — using 77jll as a vehicle to process illegally obtained funds.

7 Intellectual Property

8 Privacy and Data

10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by 77jll
77jll reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, if there is reason to believe that:
- The account holder is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering.
- The player has multiple accounts on the platform.
- The player is a minor or has provided false registration information.
- Continued account activity may cause legal or regulatory issues for 77jll.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of terms, funds held in the account may be frozen pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, those funds may be forfeited.
10.2 Voluntary Closure
You may close your 77jll account at any time by contacting customer support at support@77jll.best. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
10.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Before declaring an account dormant, 77jll will attempt to contact the registered email address. A dormant account fee of ₱100 per month may be applied to cover administrative costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
11 Responsible Gaming
